Iran Gymnastics Federation Condemns the Martyrdom of Tara Hajimiri

The Iran Gymnastics Federation issued a statement condemning the tragic martyrdom of “Tara Hajimiri,” an eight-year-old talented gymnast and future hope of our country, in the brutal attack by the Zionist regime on Iranian soil. The statement reads:

“Tara, a gifted child with big dreams of bringing honor to Iran in international gymnastics arenas, unfortunately lost her life along with her parents in a missile attack by the Zionist regime on Patrice Lumumba Street, joining the ranks of martyrs. This heartbreaking event is yet another evidence of child killing and criminality by this cursed regime.

The Gymnastics Federation, while strongly condemning this inhumane and internationally illegal act, offers its condolences to the noble Iranian nation, the sports community, the respected Hajimiri family, and especially the gymnastics family of the country. We pray to Almighty God for the heavenly child and her parents’ elevated ranks in paradise, and for patience and resilience for the survivors.”
