حق به حق‌دار رسید؛ کاپ قهرمانی جهان ۲۰۱۵ آمریکا سرانجام در دستان ایران

پس از دو سال پیگیری مستمر فدراسیون کشتی، کاپ قهرمانی جهان ۲۰۱۵ با اصلاح رده‌بندی تیمی به دلیل دوپینگ حریف روس، به ایران اهدا شد.

کاپ قهرمانی رقابت‌های کشتی آزاد قهرمانی جهان ۲۰۱۵ آمریکا پس از دو سال پیگیری مستمر فدراسیون کشتی، در حاشیه رقابت‌های رنکینگ مغولستان از سوی اتحادیه جهانی کشتی به حسن رنگرز، نماینده فدراسیون، تحویل داده شد.

تیم ملی کشتی آزاد ایران در رقابت‌های قهرمانی جهان ۲۰۱۵ آمریکا با کسب ۲ مدال نقره و ۲ مدال برنز، با ۴ امتیاز اختلاف نسبت به روسیه، عنوان نایب‌قهرمانی جهان را به دست آورده بود. با این حال، پس از مثبت اعلام شدن تست دوپینگ عبدالسلام گادیسوف، آزادکار روس و دارنده مدال نقره وزن ۹۷ کیلوگرم، نتایج و رده‌بندی تیمی این رقابت‌ها مورد بازنگری قرار گرفت.

بر این اساس و با اعمال تغییرات در امتیازات تیمی، تیم ملی کشتی آزاد ایران با ۴۹ امتیاز به عنوان قهرمانی جهان دست یافت. همچنین تیم‌های گرجستان و روسیه به ترتیب با ۴۶ و ۴۴ امتیاز در جایگاه‌های دوم و سوم قرار گرفتند.

فدراسیون کشتی طی دو سال گذشته با پیگیری مستمر و مکاتبات متعدد با اتحادیه جهانی کشتی، سرانجام موفق شد کاپ قهرمانی این رقابت‌ها را دریافت کند. شایان ذکر است که این عنوان، هفتمین قهرمانی تاریخ کشتی آزاد ایران در رقابت‌های جهانی محسوب می‌شود.

علاوه بر این، فدراسیون کشتی در حال پیگیری دریافت کاپ نایب‌قهرمانی رقابت‌های جهانی ۲۰۲۴ آلبانی و مدال نقره محمد نخودی از اتحادیه جهانی است. در پی مثبت شدن تست دوپینگ کشتی‌گیر گرجستانی، مدال برنز محمد نخودی به نقره ارتقا یافته و جایگاه تیمی ایران نیز دستخوش تغییر شده است.

در پایان باید گفت که تیم ملی کشتی آزاد ایران از سال ۲۰۲۱ تاکنون برای نخستین بار در تاریخ خود، پنج سال متوالی بر سکوی تیمی رقابت‌های جهانی ایستاده است.

Justice Served: Iran Officially Receives 2015 Wrestling World Championship Trophy

After two years of persistent follow-up by the Iran Wrestling Federation, the 2015 World Championship trophy has been awarded to Iran following a doping disqualification.

The trophy for the 2015 Freestyle Wrestling World Championships in the USA was officially presented to Hassan Rangraz, representing the Iranian federation, by the United World Wrestling (UWW) on the sidelines of the ranking tournament in Mongolia.

The Iranian freestyle wrestling team had originally finished as runners-up in the 2015 World Championships, trailing Russia by four points. However, following the positive doping test of Russian wrestler Abdusalam Gadisov, the 97kg silver medalist, the results and team rankings were officially revised.

Consequently, with the adjustments to the team points, Iran was declared the World Champion with 49 points, while Georgia and Russia placed second and third with 46 and 44 points, respectively.

The Iranian Wrestling Federation successfully pursued the recovery of the trophy through continuous correspondence with UWW over the past two years. This title marks the seventh world championship in the history of Iranian freestyle wrestling.

Furthermore, the federation is currently pursuing the receipt of the 2024 World Championships runner-up trophy in Albania and the silver medal for Mohammad Nokhodi. Following a positive doping test of a Georgian wrestler, Nokhodi’s bronze medal has been upgraded to silver, and Iran’s team standing has been adjusted accordingly.

It is worth noting that the Iranian freestyle wrestling team has stood on the world podium for five consecutive years since 2021, an unprecedented feat in the country’s history.
