The head coach of the French national team cited the superstar of Real Madrid’s absence from the November FIFA dates due to this player’s mental and physical struggles.

Everything hasn’t gone as Kylian Mbappé predicted for him. Didier Deschamps, the head coach of the French national team, explained in a press conference following France’s draw against Israel in the UEFA Nations League why Mbappé is missing from his plans, stating: “It’s a fact that he’s going through a tough time. It’s clear that he’s experiencing a phase that’s not the happiest period of his career.”

He added: “Mbappé wanted to be part of the two Nations League matches in November, but I think right now it’s better for him not to be selected. Everyone can go through tough times. He is grappling with physical and mental issues.”
