The elections for the committees of the International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF) have taken place, with three representatives from Iran being elected to the federation’s specialized committees.

The elections were held during the global meeting at the headquarters of the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) in Rome, and in total, 78 members were elected to serve on 11 committees.

The new members will serve in these committees until 2026.

A group of specialists has been selected for the eleven committees of the international federation, focusing on developing technical standards, supporting athlete performance, managing competitions, sustainability initiatives, governance updates, and other responsibilities.

At the end of the elections, three representatives from our country joined the global federation’s committees. Neda Nozari will represent the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Medical Committee, Hamed Jalalzadeh in the Sustainability Committee, and Elham Hashemi in the Coaches Committee.
