The vice president of the Fars Handball Association stated that the “Setaregan Khor” team from Loristan will compete in the women’s section, while “Shahrak Barf Forushan” from Shiraz, “Shahrdari Jahrom,” and “Shahrzad Loristan” will represent Fars in the men’s league.

Maryam Tehrani continued, saying that the women’s competition will be held in two groups, with the Setaregan Khor team from Loristan in Group A alongside teams such as “Seneh Dezh Sanandaj,” “Khoshguar Mashhad,” “Kargarane Shahrkord,” “Doctor Mansa Tehran,” and “Chaharbagh Alborz.”

She added that in the men’s section, in Group A, the teams include “Faraz Bam Khayiz Dehdasht,” “Shahrak Barf Forushan Shiraz,” “Raad Padafand Alborz,” “Seneh Dezh Sanandaj,” “Kargarane Shahrkord,” and “Shahrdari Jahrom.”

Tehrani continued, stating that in Group B for men, the teams are “Parvaz Havanirouz,” “Shahrzad Loristan,” “Setaregan Quchan,” “Naft Omidieh,” “Pars Pouyan Behbahan,” and “Kat Shahrud.”

The competitions for the men’s and women’s first division handball league will be held in a round-robin format in December.

Additionally, the Fars province has four teams in the premier league for both women and men.
