مسابقات آزاد باشگاههای کشور قویترین مردان در ردههای مستر ۱ و مستر ۲ به میزبانی شهر ماهدشت استان البرز برگزار میشود
به گزارش روابط عمومی فدراسیون بدنسازی و پرورش اندام، کمیته قویترین مردان این فدراسیون، سومین دوره مسابقات آزاد باشگاههای کشور قویترین مردان را در رده سنی پیشکسوتان برگزار میکند. این رقابتها به مناسبت گرامیداشت شهدای اقتدار استان البرز و به میزبانی شهر ماهدشت انجام خواهد شد.
زمان و مکان برگزاری مسابقات قویترین مردان پیشکسوتان
این مسابقات طی روزهای پنجشنبه و جمعه ۲۵ و ۲۶ دیماه در سالن ورزشی شهدای مدافع حرم (نیکو) شهر ماهدشت استان البرز برگزار میشود. بر این اساس، وزنکشی و کنگره فنی رقابتها صبح روز پنجشنبه با حضور ورزشکاران، مربیان، سرپرستان، داوران و عوامل اجرایی انجام خواهد شد.
جزئیات برگزاری رقابتها در ردههای سنی مستر
مسابقات مقدماتی ردههای مستر ۱ و مستر ۲ در همان روز نخست آغاز میشود و در ادامه، فینال رقابتها روز جمعه ۲۶ دیماه برگزار خواهد شد. ورزشکاران در این دوره در دو رده سنی مستر ۱ (۴۰ تا ۴۵ سال) و مستر ۲ (۴۵ سال به بالا) به مصاف یکدیگر میروند.
اوزان و شرایط ثبتنام مسابقات
شرکتکنندگان در اوزان ۱۱۰- کیلوگرم و ۱۱۰+ کیلوگرم رقابت خواهند کرد. همچنین ثبتنام ورزشکاران صرفاً از طریق سامانه ملی بدنسازی فدراسیون انجام میشود و دریافت آیدی کارت برای حضور در مسابقات الزامی است. آخرین مهلت ثبتنام، بارگذاری مدارک و دریافت آیدی کارت، روز دوشنبه ۲۲ دیماه اعلام شده است.

Third National Masters Strongest Men Clubs Championship to Be Held in Alborz
The Iranian Bodybuilding Federation announces the Masters 1 and Masters 2 Strongest Men competitions in Mahdasht, Alborz Province
According to the Public Relations Department of the Iranian Bodybuilding and Physique Federation, the Strongest Men Committee will organize the third edition of the National Open Clubs Strongest Men Championship in the masters categories. The event will be held in honor of the Martyrs of Authority of Alborz Province.
Competition Schedule and Venue
The championship will take place on Thursday and Friday, January 25 and 26, at the Shohada-ye Modafean-e Haram (Niko) Sports Hall in Mahdasht, Alborz Province. The official weigh-in and technical meeting will be held on Thursday morning with the presence of athletes, coaches, officials, and referees.
Masters Categories and Competition Format
Preliminary rounds for Masters 1 and Masters 2 categories will begin on the first day, while the finals are scheduled for Friday. Athletes will compete in Masters 1 (ages 40–45) and Masters 2 (ages 45 and above).
Weight Classes and Registration Rules
Competitors will take part in two weight divisions: under 110 kg and over 110 kg. Registration is conducted exclusively through the federation’s national bodybuilding system, and obtaining an ID card is mandatory. The registration deadline is Monday, January 22.
