هفته چهارم لیگ برتر هندبال مردان با برگزاری چهار دیدار به پایان رسید که طی آن صنعت مس کرمان، نفت و گاز گچساران و شهید چمران لارستان در خانه به پیروزی رسیدند و زغالسنگ طبس مقابل میهمان خود متوقف شد.
نتایج کامل مسابقات هفته چهارم لیگ برتر به این شرح است:

در حال حاضر صنعت مس با ۸ امتیاز در صدر جدول ردهبندی است. فولاد سپاهان، نفت و گاز گچساران و شهید چمران لارستان با ۶ امتیاز در ردههای دوم تا چهارم قرار دارند. سنگآهن بافق با ۴، سپاهان نوین با ۳، زغالسنگ طبس و نیروی زمینی کازرون با ۲، گیتیپسند با یک و آلومینیوم اراک بدون امتیاز در ردههای بعدی جای دارند.
با توجه به شهادت امام جمعه شهرستان کازرون و اعلام سه روز عزای عمومی و همچنین با عنایت به مصوبه شورای تامین آن شهرستان، دیدار تیمهای نیروی زمینی شهید شاملی کازرون و فولاد مبارکه سپاهان برگزار نشد و این دیدار ۶ آذر به میزبانی شهر کازرون برگزار خواهد شد.
