Saeed Hardani will be absent in Iran’s match against North Korea due to suspension.

The match between the national teams of North Korea and Iran will take place on Thursday (November 24) at 3:30 PM at the national stadium in Vientiane, Laos, as part of the fifth week of the final round of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.

According to the Asian Football Confederation, Saeed Hardani, the national team’s defender, is the only player missing for Iran in the match against North Korea.

Hardani was sent off with a direct red card in the match against Uzbekistan and, according to AFC’s decision, he has been suspended from accompanying the national team for two matches. Therefore, after the game against Qatar, he will also be suspended for tomorrow’s match (Thursday) for the national team.
